ANNOUNCEMENTS: All announcements made on sale day supersede any printed material.

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS: All purchases must be settled on sale day. Full settlement by cash, cashiers check, company or personal checks. All checks made payable to Godley Auction Company.

 

BUYER: Buyer is responsible for item purchased from the time auctioneer calls it sold. Check your clerking ticket at once to be sure price and description are correct. You must have a paid receipt before removing any item.

 

SELLER:  On our regular consignment sales there will be a 10% commission or a $10 minimum per tag on items that sale. A $50 no sale fee per tag on large items, $10 no sale fee per tag on small items. On our construction sales there will be an 8% commission or $200 no sale fee per tag.

 

SALES TAX:   All sales will be subject to state and local sales tax laws.

 

WARRANTY: Every item will sell “AS IS WHERE IS” without warranty or guarantee of any kind. Expressed or implied (do not bid unless you have determined the condition of the lot from your examination) All information, including serial numbers and year models was obtained from sources assumed to be correct but is not guaranteed by Godley Auction Company.

 

ACCIDENTS: Godley Auction Company assumes no responsibility for accidents.

 

TITLES: No titles will be given out on sale day. Titles will be mailed out by certified mail within 7 business days after payment is received.
